Hello dear Readers 👋👋,
You can probably relate to this.
On paper your day goes smoothly, successfully executing one task after the other, hitting your daily goals, and striking them off your list mightily.
The Reality?
You achieve half of what you set your mind to (I’m being optimistic here )
Chip away your self-confidence as you witness half of your To-Do list staring back.
Relatable?
If that sounds like you, keep on Reading.

Deep Down we’ve caught a glimpse of our potential; the version of ourselves that has mastered the art of consistency, breezing through their set goals effortlessly.
We all crave consistency but find ourselves in cycles of halts & interruptions.
Whenever we want to implement a new exercise routine, follow a new diet, or start a reading habit, our attention gets hijacked away and our willpower eventually falls, leading us back to that inconsistency pattern.
How do we counter that? -The Domino Habit
What is a Domino Habit?
A 'domino habit' is a daily habit that, when consistently done, has the power to positively impact and influence the rest of your daily behaviors.
It can be anything ranging from walking on grass, watching the sun set/rise, or drinking your daily tea/coffee.
It's like the first domino in a chain that, when tipped, sets off a chain reaction of other positive habits. For example, if your domino habit is waking up early and getting into a state of flow, it can lead to a more productive and focused day.
It’s doing something that results in your day being maximally efficient, productive, and aligned to your goals. [Click Here if you want to become a Champion Goal Setter]
This concept relates to behavioral consistency because it simplifies the process of building good habits.
By identifying and focusing on one key habit that serves as the domino, you can make it a priority, and once it becomes a routine, it can help automate and reinforce other positive behaviors throughout your day.
The idea is that by consistently hitting this one domino habit, you create a ripple effect that makes it easier to maintain overall behavioral consistency.
Now, How do we ensure we perform this famous Domino Habit every day?
